Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid Canada Post shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused luggage or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
